1. Fill in the template

3. Score against real outcomes
Fill in yes or no in each outcome column of the sheet you got back, then load it here. Your browser computes the AUROC and calibration; the file never leaves your computer.
4. Report the scores
Only the numbers above and the details below are sent, never a patient row. Once the research team has reviewed them, everything but the email may appear on the calculator page.
